Description
Product Introduction
The ELEsenson inductive sensor operates based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. It converts displacement of approaching metal objects into voltage or current signal output. The sensor incorporates an inductive coil that generates an alternating magnetic field. When a metal object draws near, it disturbs magnetic‑field strength, changing inductance and causing variation of induced current in the sensor’s internal circuit. This variation is converted into output signals to indicate the approach of target objects.
The ELEsenson inductive sensor delivers high sensitivity to metal objects (iron, aluminum, copper, etc.), with a reduction factor of 1, making it especially suitable for metal‑target detection.
