Product Introduction
ELS3 Series Laser Displacement Sensor adopts an integrated design to manufacture highly integrated displacement sensors. It achieves repeat accuracy up to 0.05μm, equipped with high-flex shielded cable. The maximum sampling frequency reaches 88kHz, with a maximum measurement range of 900mm, supporting multi-channel IO input and output interfaces.
